| Much love to you all! In the Inited States, Monday is a national holiday dedicated to remembering those who died in active military service. My heart is full of gratitude. Many of us have family, friends, and neighbors who have served in various branches of the armed forces. Like you, I’ve lost people that I love. Many came home alive but damaged mentally and physically and continue to suffer from trrauma. These losses continue to impact us all. I cannot do much for those who have died, but I can honor, appreciate, and do more to extend loving kindness to the living. On this day of remembrance, may we vision a future where these heroes (and those who love and care for them), get the support they need and deserve. May they know how much we appprreciate their service and their sacrifice. May we activate this vision of restoration by doing our part to contribute to their wellbeing.
